How it works
Four steps, no shop visit
You bag them and drop them off. We do the rest and tell you when they are back.

Book and pay
Tell us how many pairs you're sending, choose a clean for each one and any add-ons, then pick a drop-off locker and a return locker. Pay online and we'll hold a locker compartment for you. You can check out as a guest.

Drop them off
Your drop-off PIN arrives by WhatsApp and email. Put your shoes in a bag, write your order number on it, then use the PIN to open a compartment at your Bob Box locker and close the door. No queue, no shop hours to work around.

We clean them
Our driver collects your shoes and brings them to our facility, where every pair is checked in, cleaned by hand and inspected again before it goes back out. Your order page shows where your shoes are at each step.

Collect them
When your shoes are back in a locker we send your collection PIN. Collect them whenever it suits you during that locker's trading hours, before the collection window closes.
First time using a locker?
It takes about thirty seconds.
A Bob Box is a wall of lockable compartments, the same kind couriers use. You get a 6-digit PIN, tap it in on the screen, and a door pops open. Put the bag in, shut the door, walk away. There is nobody to hand anything to.

An hour at the sink, or a spin in the machine that softens the glue and flattens the foam.
